What does it mean to live your best life?

We often hear youth use the term "living their best life", but what does that mean? Does it mean that we are all striving for a life filled with purpose, happiness, and meaning? Or does that simply mean that taking opportunities as they come and exploring where the unpredictability takes us? How does one live their best life and by whose definition? While I may not have all the answers to those questions, I have a few tips and tricks I like to live by to help me live my "best life".

Defining "Live Your Best Life":

To live your best life, you first have to understand what your best life is. The consensus of the term would be to create a life that aligns with your values and desires. In search of this best life, you must embrace your authenticity, pursue meaningful goals, and savour the richness of each experience. While each person's journey will be unique to them, the fundamentals of finding out your true happiness remain the same.

Living your best life often involves cultivating an unbothered attitude, a state of mind where external negativity and distractions have minimal impact on your well-being. Being unbothered doesn't mean being indifferent; rather, it is about choosing your battles wisely, prioritizing your mental and emotional health, and maintaining inner peace amidst life's storms.

Self-Awareness and Acceptance

- Embrace your strengths and weaknesses.
- Accept yourself fully, flaws and all.
